You’ll find some FAQs regarding our return policy below, including how to get the process started.


Need to return a Grit & Grace Studio order?

For all Grit & Grace Studio purchases, send an email to sales@gritandgracestudio.com with your order number and the reason you are requesting a return.

We will respond to you within 48 (business) hours with how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, you will receive a refund within 1-2 weeks for all non-customized items.

Can I return or exchange a gift?

Yes. (Don’t worry, we won’t tell.)

What exactly can I return?

All NON-CUSTOMIZED items* purchased within the last month (30 days to be exact).

*Customized, personalized, and monogrammed items are not eligible for return.

*Personal care items (like soaps, lotion, etc.) must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Do I need a receipt?

If you don’t have proof of purchase, email us, and we’ll try our hardest to find the info you need.

What exactly can’t I return?

Any item* you didn’t purchase directly from our website or at our flagship store. If you made your purchase from one of our awesome retail partners, you’ll need to return it there within the guidelines of their return policy.

*Customized, personalized, and monogrammed items are not eligible for return.

Does it cost me anything to return an item?

If you are within the United States and your purchased item has a defect, no. We will send you instructions with a shipping label. If your return is not due to a defect, you will be expected to pay return shipping and a restocking fee.


Shipping Policy

Your items will ship within 3 business days, usually via USPS. Packages that weigh less than one pound will be sent First Class. We will also provide you with a tracking number. Thank you for your business!
