Meet the Mermaids: Traci
Our structure queen! Traci works with team development and growth, making all new employees feel at home. She’s also a certified yoga instructor at The Works and mother of five! Traci brings immaculate vibes and warmth to any situation. She is our calm in the storm and simultaneously the most fun person we know.
Where are you from?
I moved here from Greenwich, CT in 2020.
What are you passionate about?
My family above and beyond. My heart has expanded with each and everyone of our 5 children. With that, my energy & focus flows towards sharing my story and helping others embrace theirs and live in their truth. Together, in community, we can support & elevate all!
How do you practice sustainability in your personal life?
No more single use plastic cups & bottles. Making small, everyday choices such as recycled paper products, using less water, recycling whenever possible and composting.
What do you do in your free time?
Taking & teaching yoga, moving my body in & outdoors, play with Buddy, spend time with family and dear friends. Cook, dance, laugh!
What are you most proud of recently?
I led my very first yoga retreat on Edisto Island last month with a good friend. Not only were beautiful connections formed & strengthened, I am so grateful for witnessing a journey of self discovery, including my own.
What roles have you done at G&G and how has that evolved over time?
HR manager, training & team development, yoga teacher and momma of the mermaids.
